duPont REGISTRY Survey Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES
The duPont REGISTRY Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to U.S. legal residents at the time of both the Sweepstakes entry and our selection of winners. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by duPont REGISTRY Group LLC (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor’s employees, officers, directors and representatives and those of the Sponsor’s corporate affiliates and those with whom such persons are domiciled, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes are void outside of the U.S. and where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER; NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: While no purchase is required to enter the Sweepstakes, to be eligible, a participant must fill in and complete duPont REGISTRY’s survey, available [here][provide hyperlink] (the “Survey”). To enter, complete and submit the Survey online, or complete the Survey and mail it a “3½ x 5” postcard with your complete name, address, daytime phone number, email, and date of birth to duPont REGISTRY, 5972 NE 4th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33137. The entry period of the Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 8/1 , 2025 and ends at 5:00 PM ET on 9/30, 2025. One entry per person is permitted. Entries that are incomplete or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. The Sponsor is not responsible for late or incomplete entries.
If there is a dispute over the identity of an on-line entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder, regardless of the individual that submitted the entry. An “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., the business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
PRIZES: Two winners will each receive Two VIP Entry Ticket to Cavallino USA 2026. One winner will receive 2 VIP Tickets (average retail price is US$5.600,00);
No substitutions, exchanges, refunds or other compensation will be made for any reason, including cancellation of the Sweepstakes. However, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value in the event the offered prizes are unavailable for any reason. Additional restrictions may apply as set forth and/or required by duPont REGISTRY. The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with claiming prizes. Prize winners may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance Form before the Prize is awarded. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition or promotion by Prize winners.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: The Prize winners will be selected by [random drawing] conducted by the Sponsor’s representatives from all eligible entries received before the completion of the Survey. [The drawing will be held on or about August 25, 2025]. Winners will be notified by the Sponsor on or about October 1st, 2025 via email. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. The number of eligible entries will determine the odds of winning. In Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a selected winner may be required to forfeit a prize and an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules from among the remaining eligible entries for that prize if selected winner: (i) is unreachable; (ii) declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason; or (iii) fails to comply with these Official Rules, or for any other reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and each of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and marketing agencies and each of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, members, managers, directors, representatives and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) from and against any claims, damages or liability involving or arising out of: (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, postage due, mutilated, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone system, technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, transmission or other errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use or misuse of any prize or from participating in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity; or (v) any printing, distribution, typographical, administrative, human or technological errors involving or associated with the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) for any reason in their sole and absolute discretion, including, without limitation, should any virus, bug, computer problem or other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation (or in the event of any type of error), to select the winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by the Sponsor. In no event will the Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in these Official Rules. Entrants must have all necessary rights in their entries in order to submit them. The Sponsor may prohibit entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole and absolute discretion, it determines the entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception and/or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor’s representatives. Releasees have not made and/or are not responsible for any misrepresentation or guaranty, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes.
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
GOVERNING LAW & FORUM: To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, the Sweepstakes shall be construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that the exclusive venue for all suits, actions, proceedings or relating to the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Disputes”) shall be a state or federal court located in the City of Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida and entrants irrevocably submit to personal jurisdiction before such courts, and agree not to assert, by way of motion, as a defense or otherwise in any such Dispute that the Dispute is brought in an inconvenient forum, that the venue of the Dispute is improper or that the Sweepstakes or the subject matter hereof may not be enforced by such court or that the court lacks personal jurisdiction over them. ENTRNTS HEREBY WAIVE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY RIGHT THEY MAY HAVE TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING OUT OF, UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANTS (A) CERTIFY THAT NO REPRESENTATIVE, AGENT OR ATTORNEY OF SPONSOR HAS REPRESENTED, EXPRESSLY OR OTHERWISE, THAT ENTRANTS WOULD NOT, IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISPUTE, SEEK TO ENFORCE THE FOREGOING WAIVER AND (B) ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SPONSOR HAS AGREED TO CONDUCT THE SWEEPTAKES IN RELIANCE ON, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THE WAIVERS AND CERTIFICATIONS IN THIS SECTION.
